Rooster's are bred in Kauai for cock fighting as it is legal in a few states - Louisianna being one of them. A few years ago a storm destroyed many cages and now there's a large "free" population of rooster's. I thought they were really pretty and chased this guy around to take his picture. The locals thought I was looney - apparently there are so many of them they are a big nuisance.
