Most of the cays were uninhabited but we found one that was inhabited & the people were so friendly - that was South Water Cay in southern Belize - north of Placentia (approx. 35 miles north of Guatemala border). They had a Cunamunde known as Quash in Belize - sort of a cross between a raccoon, monkey, etc. He is 4 yrs old and was raised as a pup - friendly & spoiled as can be!!!
